A critique of the ethical as it fills all of existence and even the religious sphere. It denies a relationship with God, and being ready to do anything he demands of you. One must choose absolutely to be in one concrete sphere (Aesthetic, Ethical, Religious). Johannes argues that a murderer is not Abraham. Only one who has faith can be approximate to Abraham. Abraham must not hate Isaac as that'd be murder (ethical stage) and not a sacrifice to God, since God wouldn't consider it a sacrifice if he does not care about his son (religious stage). It only converts to sacrifice (not murder) when Abraham loves Isaac very much. It is the Paradox of one's love of God and his son. This is known as the "teleological suspension of the ethical" 57:50 Book: Repetition published along with Fear and Trembling. Explores the theme presented in the latter further. Abraham had faith that he'd get Isaac back, hence the father of faith.

i'm a really big fan of ronnie and FIR they are the nicest band out there, So can everyone stop chatting crap and face the fact that he is a human and has feelings, Like he said he doesn't hurt people he isn't out there to do so either...So would everyone just have some respect for him as his life has been hard growing up, I know exactly how he felt as the same things happened to me as a baby/child. All he wants is for people to respect him as a person and stop saying things that aint true....He never cheated on his girlfriend nor did he hit her, That picture is obviously makeup Its clear to see that, But all i'm saying is to everyone who is out there spreading lies about ronnie, did your mother ever tell you to use manners and respect others? Also you where obviously never told that if you have nothing nice to say, Don't say anything at all!

Can people seriously stop hating on Ronnie we have all been through tough time and done some fucked up shit we wouldn't be human if we didn't make mistakes and he is right he can't take all of your criticism and its fucking horrible how you all harass him for his mistakes he has apologised for what he has done and he is truly a better person now. Stop holding on to stuff that happened in the past. In my opinion Ronnie is an inspiration to me, he shows that even in tough times you can come out the other end a better person with a better know ledge of life and for that I respect him greatly.

Should rename the video "Ronnie begs for sympathy" this is pathetic. You want people to treat you right? Start doing the same for them.
